We’re looking for a Temporary Account Executive to join our Jersey office for maternity cover for a 12 month contract commencing immediately.


  • Cover for maternity leave
  • Manage allocated clients to ensure that their daily needs are fully met and new projects are maximised where possible
  • To provide cover where necessary for other Account Executives with regards to client requirements
  • To provide additional support for digital team as and when required
  • To operate according to the best practice methods regarding the internal project management system and to provide any support/training to co workers when warranted
  • To part take in adhoc office duties when requested to ensure a smooth running place of work


  • Client account management
  • Be the principal point of contact for clients allocated to you, assisting with their marketing, planning and ensuring that the resources of the agency are fully utilised to support their activity. The effectiveness in this area will be measured by way of client reviews
  • Client reporting
  • Ensure that all budgetary reporting is carried out accurately and in a timely manner
  • Cost and revenue management
  • Ensure that, for jobs relating to their allocated clients, all costs incurred (eg print, imagery etc) are valid and recharged where relevant at the correct rate, and that all hours worked (including studio time) upon jobs are recorded and charged for on invoicing, so that completed jobs are closed and invoiced quickly and accurately


  • Ability to identify opportunities to develop client business and work with colleagues to develop and implement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels, including management and staff throughout the Agency
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • Assertiveness, diplomacy and negotiation skills
