This large-scale project has revolutionised customer access to Jersey Post. After initially winning a pitch for the design portion of the work, TPA was quickly appointed lead agency for the entire project.
The project started with Discovery, where we held multiple focus groups and team sessions with the client and stakeholders to map out the roadmap for the information architecture and visual design, as well as the developing the functional specification.
What we did:
We completely overhauled the information architecture to focus on user tasks and provide an easy and understandable way into the products that Jersey Post offer.
In addition to designing and building a new marketing site, we have designed an online account user experience that makes the most common customer interactions with the post office available through the website, including buying and printing postage labels online. Behind this experience, we built API integrations into JP’s accounting system, CRM and mail tracking software.
